Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Develop, implement, and evaluate innovative programs that align with the organization's mission and strategic goals, including curriculum development, workshop facilitation, and outcome tracking.
- Cultivate and steward relationships with a diverse portfolio of individual donors, corporate partners, and foundations through personalized communication, impact reporting, and engagement opportunities.

- Manage the complete lifecycle for a portfolio of small to mid-size grants, including prospecting, proposal writing, budget creation, submission, and post-award reporting and compliance.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a dedicated team of volunteers, ensuring a positive and impactful experience through regular communication, recognition events, and performance feedback.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the organization’s CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Blackbaud), tracking constituent interactions, donations, and program participation to inform strategy.
- Assist in the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns and special events, coordinating logistics, managing vendor relationships, and supporting sponsorship outreach.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for program participants and community members, providing resources, support, and information with empathy and professionalism.
- Monitor program budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports to ensure alignment with grant requirements and organizational financial health.
- Create compelling communications content, including newsletters, social media posts, impact stories, and annual reports, to engage stakeholders and showcase program success.
