Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Assist in daily warehouse and distribution operations by picking, packing, and preparing orders to meet scheduled shipment deadlines while maintaining 99% accuracy in order fulfillment processes.

- Conduct quality inspections on received goods, verify packing lists against invoices, and log any shortages, damages, or non-conformances for supplier claims.
- Assist with demand planning support by gathering historical shipment data, noting trends, and helping to maintain buffer stock for high-turn SKUs to prevent stockouts.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks) safely; when certified, support forklift operations while following company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
- Manage returns processing and refurbishment workflows, coordinating with reverse logistics to ensure returned items are inspected, restocked, or dispositioned according to policy.
- Support order reconciliation, credit memo preparation, and invoice verification with the finance team to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate customer billing.
- Help document process flows and updates to SOP manuals, training guides, and onboarding materials to ensure consistent execution across shifts and locations.
- Assist in onboarding and training new associates by demonstrating core operational tasks, system logins, and safety protocols while providing constructive feedback.
- Respond to customer and internal escalations related to operational delays by researching root causes, providing status updates, and documenting resolution steps.
