Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

Conduct thorough and detailed inspections of residential, commercial, and industrial properties to identify evidence of pest infestations, including insects, rodents, and other wildlife.
Accurately identify different types of pests, assess the extent of the infestation, and locate potential entry points and contributing environmental conditions.
Develop and present customized Integrated Pest Management (IPM) plans to clients, outlining a strategic combination of chemical and non-chemical treatment options.

Skillfully operate and maintain a variety of application equipment, including power sprayers, bait guns, foggers, and hand-held sprayers.
Install, manage, and maintain pest control devices such as bait stations, traps, and monitoring systems.
Perform exclusion work, such as sealing cracks, gaps, and other entry points in structures to physically prevent pests from entering.
Create detailed and accurate service reports for each client visit, documenting observations, services performed, materials used, and any recommendations.
Manage a daily service route efficiently, ensuring timely arrival at all scheduled appointments while optimizing travel time.
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients before, during, and after service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
