Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

Conduct comprehensive field inspections of plumbing, drainage, and gas piping systems in new and existing residential, commercial, and industrial structures to ensure strict compliance with all applicable local, state, and national codes (e.g., UPC, IPC).

Investigate and resolve public complaints regarding potentially hazardous, illegal, or non-compliant plumbing installations, documenting findings and initiating appropriate enforcement actions.
