Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Lead and execute end-to-end process improvement projects, from initial analysis and design to implementation and post-launch monitoring, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Conduct detailed process discovery sessions, workshops, and interviews with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to capture 'as-is' process flows and critical pain points.

- Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and kaizen events to brainstorm solutions, resolve complex roadblocks, and drive consensus on process design and implementation strategies.
