Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Greet every guest with a genuine, warm, and friendly welcome upon their arrival, setting a positive and inviting tone for their dining experience.
- Accurately and efficiently process customer orders at the front counter and drive-thru, utilizing the Point of Sale (POS) system and actively listening to ensure all special requests are captured.
- Manage cash and digital transactions with precision, including handling cash, processing credit/debit cards, and mobile payments, while maintaining an accurate cash drawer.
- Articulate menu options clearly and confidently, answering guest questions about ingredients, promotions, and nutritional information to help them make informed choices.
- Assemble and prepare food and beverage items, such as sandwiches, salads, fries, and specialty drinks, strictly adhering to brand recipes, portioning, and quality standards.
- Operate various kitchen equipment, including grills, fryers, and ovens, with a strong focus on safety protocols and operational best practices.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items and ongoing promotional offers to effectively upsell and enhance the customer's order.
- Monitor product freshness and quality, ensuring all food served meets stringent brand standards and rotating stock according to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles.
- Work with a sense of urgency in the kitchen and at the service counter to meet and exceed speed-of-service goals, especially during peak business hours.
