Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Greet every customer with a genuine smile and a warm, welcoming attitude to set a positive tone for their visit.
- Accurately and efficiently process customer orders using our Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring all special requests are captured.
- Manage cash and digital payment transactions with precision, including issuing correct change and processing refunds or voids as needed.
- Expertly prepare a variety of food and beverage items, strictly adhering to recipe guidelines, portion control, and quality standards.
- Artfully assemble and package customer orders for dine-in, takeout, and delivery, double-checking for accuracy and presentation.
- Operate a range of kitchen equipment, such as grills, fryers, and coffee machines, while following all safety protocols and procedures.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our menu, including ingredients and allergens, to confidently answer customer questions and make recommendations.
- Proactively offer suggestions and information about current promotions, new products, and loyalty programs to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
- Manage the flow of orders in a fast-paced environment, particularly at the drive-thru, to minimize wait times and maximize efficiency.

Secondary Functions
- Meticulously maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front counter, beverage station, and condiment area for a seamless guest experience.
- Diligently perform opening, closing, and mid-shift duties, including cleaning, restocking, and preparing the store for the next business period.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including the dining area, service counters, and restrooms, to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
- Adhere rigorously to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards (e.g., proper hand-washing, temperature checks) to protect public health.
- Support inventory management by assisting with stock counts, organizing storage areas, and communicating low-stock items to the management team.
