Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies on new technologies and product concepts to assess technical viability, resource requirements, and potential risks.
- Develop and design innovative product solutions, systems, and components from initial ideation through detailed design, often utilizing CAD and simulation tools.
- Create, build, and assemble functional prototypes and proof-of-concept models to physically demonstrate and validate design concepts.

- Investigate and resolve complex technical challenges and root-cause failures encountered during the development, testing, and initial production phases.
- Formulate and test new materials, chemicals, or formulas to meet specific performance, cost, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and validate new test methodologies and equipment to accurately characterize the performance and reliability of novel products and technologies.
