Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Proactively generate leads and a pipeline of potential buyers and sellers through cold calling, networking, social media, and other prospecting activities.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis consultations with clients to understand their financial capabilities, lifestyle requirements, and real estate goals.
  • Prepare and present detailed Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) to help sellers price their properties competitively and buyers make informed offers.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for listings, including professional photography, virtual tours, compelling property descriptions, and multi-platform advertising.
  • Organize and host open houses and private showings to showcase properties to prospective buyers and their agents.
  • Advise clients on staging, home improvements, and other measures to enhance the marketability and value of their property.
  • Draft, present, and skillfully negotiate real estate contracts, offers, and counter-offers on behalf of clients to secure the most favorable terms.
  • Guide clients through the entire transaction lifecycle, including inspections, appraisals, financing contingencies, and title searches, ensuring a smooth process.
  • Maintain a highly organized client database or CRM system to manage leads, track interactions, and nurture long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay consistently informed on local real estate market trends, inventory, and recent sales to provide expert, up-to-date advice.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with all transaction stakeholders, including mortgage lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and cooperating agents.
  • Counsel buyers on the suitability and value of properties they are visiting based on their specific needs and market conditions.
  • Build and maintain a strong personal brand and online presence to establish credibility and attract new business opportunities.
  • Diligently manage all transaction paperwork, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with all state and federal real estate regulations.
