Primary Functions
- Proactively generate new client leads through a combination of networking, cold calling, digital marketing campaigns, and prospecting within a designated territory.

- Represent sellers at the closing table, ensuring all documents are correctly signed and that the client's interests are fully protected through to the final transfer of property.

- Participate in ongoing professional development, training, and coaching to continuously improve sales techniques, negotiation skills, and market knowledge.
- Uphold all duties of a fiduciary, including loyalty, confidentiality, disclosure, obedience, reasonable care, and accounting in all client interactions.
- Utilize the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to its full potential for researching properties, tracking market activity, and listing properties for maximum exposure.
