Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Proactively generate leads and build a robust client pipeline through dedicated networking, strategic prospecting, digital marketing, and deep community involvement.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery consultations with prospective buyers to meticulously understand their specific needs, lifestyle preferences, and financial capabilities.

  • Create and present comprehensive Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) to clients, providing clear, data-backed insights to establish fair market value.
  • Schedule and conduct engaging property showings, open houses, and virtual tours, expertly articulating the unique features, benefits, and potential of each listing.
  • Skillfully draft, present, and negotiate real estate contracts, offers, and counteroffers with exceptional attention to detail and unwavering client advocacy.
  • Guide clients seamlessly through the complex closing process, meticulously coordinating with lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and other key transaction stakeholders.
  • Cultivate and maintain authentic, long-term client relationships to foster a powerful stream of repeat business and a strong referral-based network.
