Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned roles, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Proactively source active and passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct thorough initial resume screens and phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, motivation, and cultural alignment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and communication throughout the entire interview process.
- Expertly coordinate and schedule complex multi-stage interviews across different time zones, managing calendars for candidates and internal interview panels.
- Maintain meticulous and accurate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), such as Greenhouse or Lever, from application to hire.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements and nuances of each open position.
- Draft compelling and inclusive job descriptions and post them to a variety of internal and external job boards.
- Build and nurture a robust pipeline of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Facilitate a seamless interview feedback process by gathering, consolidating, and sharing notes with the hiring team to enable decisive action.
- Assist in the offer extension process, including drafting offer letters and managing communications to secure top candidates.
- Provide a world-class candidate experience by ensuring every interaction is professional, courteous, and engaging.
- Partner with the talent team to develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Secondary Functions
- Support the coordination and execution of virtual and in-person recruiting events, such as career fairs, university recruiting days, and tech meetups.
- Generate and prepare weekly and monthly recruiting reports on key metrics like time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate pipeline health.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives by assisting with content creation for our careers page and social media channels.
- Participate in special projects aimed at improving recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.
- Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies and vendors as needed.
- Assist with pre-employment processes, including background checks and reference checks, ensuring compliance and a smooth transition for new hires.
- Stay current on market trends, industry news, and competitive landscape to inform sourcing strategies and talent acquisition efforts.
- Provide administrative support to the broader talent acquisition team to ensure operational excellence.
Required Skills & Competencies
