Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Drive regional revenue and profitability by developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, market penetration plans, and promotional campaigns.
  • Oversee and take full ownership of the region's Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, managing budgets, controlling expenses, and maximizing financial performance across all locations.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-caliber team of District Managers and/or Store Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
  • Conduct regular site visits to locations within the territory to assess operational standards, ensure brand consistency, and provide hands-on coaching and support to local leadership.
  • Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to sales, customer satisfaction, employee retention, and operational efficiency, using data to drive decision-making.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and potential threats to the business within the region.
  • Serve as the primary leader for all personnel within the region, conducting performance reviews, managing succession planning, and addressing employee relations issues in partnership with HR.
  • Ensure all locations operate in strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, partners, and community stakeholders to enhance the company's brand presence and reputation in the market.
  • Lead the rollout of new products, services, and corporate initiatives across the region, ensuring smooth implementation and team buy-in.
  • Develop and present detailed quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and annual performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
  • Manage regional inventory levels, supply chain logistics, and vendor relationships to ensure optimal stock and resource availability.
  • Champion a customer-centric culture, empowering teams to deliver exceptional service and resolve issues effectively to build long-term loyalty.
