Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Serve as the primary technical and commercial liaison between the regional sales team and the global product management division, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive regional go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
  • Deliver compelling and technically proficient product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to prospective clients, key accounts, and channel partners.
  • Act as the foremost product expert within the region, providing advanced pre-sales and post-sales technical support to resolve complex customer inquiries and application challenges.
  • Create and deliver robust product training programs for the regional sales force and distribution partners, ensuring they are equipped to effectively articulate value propositions and handle objections.
  • Gather, synthesize, and analyze regional market intelligence, including customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends, to inform product strategy and roadmap development.
  • Function as the "voice of the customer" for the region, channeling structured feedback and enhancement requests to R&D and global product management teams to influence future product iterations.
  • Drive and coordinate all aspects of new product introductions (NPI) within the region, from strategic planning and internal training to launch events and initial customer support.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to develop and execute account-specific strategies, providing specialized support for high-stakes, complex sales cycles.
  • Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), industry influencers, and strategic customers to build advocacy and gather insights.
  • Author, localize, and adapt technical documentation, marketing collateral, white papers, and case studies to resonate with the specific needs of the regional market.
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement tools, such as competitive battle cards and positioning guides, to equip the sales team for success.
  • Monitor and report on regional product performance metrics, including revenue, market share, sales funnel, and profitability, recommending corrective actions as necessary.
  • Represent the company as a product expert at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events, actively networking and presenting to enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide expert guidance during the quoting process for complex or non-standard product configurations, balancing customer requirements with business profitability.
