Primary Functions
- Direct and oversee all operational functions of a multi-property portfolio, ensuring the achievement of established financial, leasing, and operational objectives.

- Ensure strict compliance across the portfolio with all applicable laws and regulations, including Fair Housing, ADA, and local landlord-tenant laws.
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-level resident escalations, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to ensure resident satisfaction.
