Primary Functions

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, long-range retail strategy that aligns with the company's financial goals, brand vision, and market expansion plans.
  • Assume full P&L ownership for the entire retail division, meticulously managing budgets, forecasting revenue, controlling operational costs, and driving profitability across all store locations.

  • Drive the inventory management strategy at a macro level, working with planning teams to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize shrinkage, and maximize stock turn.
  • Establish clear and challenging performance benchmarks for all stores and regions, regularly reviewing performance and implementing corrective action plans as needed.
  • Spearhead the development and rollout of training programs for all levels of the retail team, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and leadership skills.
  • Act as the primary voice of the physical retail channel within the senior leadership team, providing critical insights and feedback to inform overall company strategy.
  • Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with key vendors and service providers related to store operations, technology, and construction.
  • Ensure all retail operations are conducted in strict compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as internal health and safety standards.
