Primary Functions

- Spearhead the development and rollout of training programs for all levels of the retail team, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and leadership skills.
- Act as the primary voice of the physical retail channel within the senior leadership team, providing critical insights and feedback to inform overall company strategy.
