  • Create and manage multi-channel e-commerce listings (GunBroker, Armslist, store website, marketplaces) ensuring consistency of SKU, images, condition notes, pricing, shipping restrictions, and local/state compliance flags.
  • Execute lawful firearm transfers in-store or through designated FFLs, coordinating background checks, completion and retention of required ATF records (Form 4473 and associated logs), and maintaining chain-of-custody documentation.
  • Run NICS or state-mandated background checks per company policy and applicable laws, document outcomes, and manage conditional holds or denial processes with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Maintain and reconcile firearm inventory and registry systems daily, conduct cyclical audits, track acquisition sources, and ensure serial-number accuracy between physical inventory and the POS/FFL ledger.

  • Build and maintain relationships with vetted FFL partners, transport carriers, third-party escrow services, and local law enforcement liaisons where necessary to facilitate lawful transfers.
  • Provide clear, courteous education to customers about legal requirements and transfer timelines without offering legal counsel; help buyers navigate the purchase-to-transfer process.
