Primary Functions

  • Accurately and efficiently process all point-of-sale (POS) transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges, while adhering to all cash handling and payment processing procedures.
  • Manage customer issues and concerns with empathy and professionalism, seeking to find a positive resolution that preserves the customer relationship and upholds company policy.
