Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Administer and maintain the company's CRM system (e.g., Salesforce), focusing on user management, data integrity, workflow automation, and customization to support evolving business processes.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance key revenue reports and dashboards to track performance against KPIs, providing actionable insights to sales, marketing, and success leadership.

- Collaborate with sales enablement to create and maintain training materials and documentation on systems, tools, and processes for new and existing team members.
- Analyze the entire sales and marketing funnel to identify areas of friction or leakage, and propose process or system improvements to enhance conversion rates.
- Manage the integration of various tools within the GTM tech stack, ensuring a smooth and accurate flow of data between systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach.
- Support the quote-to-cash process by assisting with deal desk functions, ensuring quotes are accurate, and contract data is correctly captured and maintained in the CRM.
- Execute on ad-hoc analytical projects to answer critical business questions posed by leadership regarding market trends, team performance, or operational efficiency.
- Define and document business requirements for system enhancements and new tool implementations, working closely with technical teams or vendors for execution.
- Monitor and enforce rules of engagement and sales policies to ensure fair play and consistent process execution across the global sales organization.
- Conduct analysis on the customer lifecycle to identify key opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and improving overall customer retention and lifetime value.
- Build and refine data models that support key business metrics, ensuring a single source of truth for all revenue-related reporting and analytics.

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX(MATCH), and complex formula creation for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization and Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms for building insightful dashboards.
