Primary Functions

Meticulously measure, cut, and install metal flashing in critical areas like valleys, chimneys, dormers, and wall intersections to direct water flow and prevent leaks.
Skillfully fasten shingles to the roof deck using pneumatic nail guns or hammers, maintaining proper nail placement, depth, and the correct offset pattern for maximum wind resistance and longevity.
Precisely cut and fit shingle materials around roof penetrations, including vent pipes, skylights, and exhaust fans, ensuring a secure and watertight seal at every point.
Install starter strips along all eaves and rakes to secure the first course of shingles and improve wind uplift resistance at the roof's edge.
Apply ridge cap and hip shingles to the peaks and angles of the roof, providing a finished aesthetic and crucial protection for these high-wear areas.
