Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Conduct comprehensive safety and health audits, inspections, and risk assessments at client sites to identify potential hazards, at-risk behaviors, and areas of non-compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop, implement, and manage customized, world-class safety management systems (SMS) tailored to specific client needs and industry best practices like ISO 45001 or ANSI Z10.

- Author detailed technical reports, gap analyses, and executive-level summaries that clearly articulate findings, quantify risks, and present actionable, strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Partner with clients to develop and refine critical emergency response plans, business continuity strategies, and crisis management protocols to ensure organizational resilience.
- Perform specialized industrial hygiene services, including qualitative and quantitative exposure assessments, air quality monitoring, noise level surveys, and evaluation of chemical and physical agents.
- Evaluate, select, and recommend appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and subsequently develop comprehensive PPE management programs for client organizations.
- Serve as a trusted subject matter expert and advisor to client leadership, providing strategic counsel on safety culture transformation, risk mitigation strategies, and long-term EHS vision.
- Cultivate and manage strong client relationships by establishing clear project scopes, delivering on commitments, and providing consistent, high-value communication and ongoing support.
- Develop, review, and revise critical safety policies, operational procedures, and job hazard analyses (JHAs) to ensure they are current, effective, and compliant with all applicable laws.
- Analyze leading and lagging safety performance indicators and data to identify emerging trends, measure the effectiveness of safety programs, and drive data-informed continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide direct, on-site safety oversight and professional support for high-risk activities, such as major construction projects, facility shutdowns, or complex machinery installations.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of machine guarding, hazardous energy control (Lockout/Tagout), and electrical safety programs to ensure they provide maximum protection for employees from equipment-related hazards.
- Proactively stay abreast of emerging trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes within the global EHS field to provide cutting-edge, forward-looking advice to clients.

Required Skills & Competencies
