Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and business objectives.
  • Proactively identify, prospect, and cultivate a pipeline of qualified leads through various methods including cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social selling.
  • Conduct thorough needs-analysis with prospective clients to deeply understand their challenges, objectives, and decision-making processes.
  • Articulate the company's value proposition with clarity and confidence, delivering compelling and tailored sales presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders.
  • Skillfully manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within your client base, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Consistently and accurately maintain all sales activities, customer information, and pipeline updates within the company's CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet with customers and prospects face-to-face, fostering stronger connections and uncovering new opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and provide valuable market feedback.
  • Master a deep understanding of our product suite, features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Prepare and present professional sales proposals, quotes, and contracts that are tailored to the specific needs of each client.
  • Onboard new clients by coordinating with internal implementation and support teams to ensure a successful start and long-term partnership.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
  • Address and resolve customer issues or concerns in a timely manner, escalating to the appropriate internal resources when necessary to ensure customer retention.
  • Participate in regular sales team meetings and training sessions to share best practices, discuss challenges, and enhance your sales skills.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to gauge performance and identify areas for improvement in your sales strategy.

Experience Requirements
