Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store or engage online, identify their needs and offer effective product recommendations.
- Engage with customers to build rapport, answer product questions, explain features and benefits, and support their purchase decisions.
- Operate the pointâofâsale (POS) system accurately for sales transactions, returns, exchanges, and ensure cashâhandling integrity.

- Handle customer enquiries, complaints or feedback in a professional and timely manner, escalate to management when necessary.
- Update customer records, input sales data and manage enquiries in CRM or internal databases to support followâup and loyalty activities.
