Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Actively research, identify, and qualify potential new business leads and prospects through various channels including online research, social media, and industry databases.
  • Conduct high-volume prospecting to generate a robust pipeline of qualified leads for the senior sales team, utilizing tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and company-provided databases.
  • Master and meticulously maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ensuring all lead information, interactions, and statuses are accurately logged and updated in real-time.
  • Initiate first-touch outreach to potential clients through carefully crafted, personalized email campaigns and cold calls to introduce our company's value proposition.
  • Assist in scheduling discovery calls and product demonstrations for Account Executives by effectively communicating with and coordinating calendars of prospects.
  • Support senior sales members in preparing for client meetings by compiling research briefs, creating presentation materials, and organizing sales collateral.
  • Shadow experienced sales representatives on client calls and in meetings to gain firsthand exposure to negotiation tactics, objection handling, and relationship-building strategies.
  • Learn and articulate the company's products, services, and overall value proposition with confidence and clarity to potential customers.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategic sales approaches and targeted outreach campaigns for specific market segments.
  • Track and report on weekly and monthly sales activities and prospecting metrics to sales leadership, providing insights into pipeline development.
  • Qualify inbound leads that come through marketing channels, ensuring a prompt and professional follow-up to capitalize on interest.
  • Cleanse and enrich existing data within the CRM to improve the quality of our outreach lists and overall data hygiene.
