  • Manage course creation workflows and collaborate with instructional designers and subject-matter experts to publish high-quality, branded sales training content using authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate) while enforcing version control and QA processes.
  • Build and maintain automated enrollment rules, assignment plans, learning paths, and certification programs aligned to role-based curricula and quota attainment, ensuring sales roles receive timely, relevant training.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues reported by learners or stakeholders, including playback errors, content import failures, reporting discrepancies, and access/permission problems to minimize learner downtime.
  • Own data integrity and reporting for sales learning metrics by developing dashboards and scheduled reports (using SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or native LMS analytics) that measure engagement, completion rates, time-to-productivity, certification status, and skill gaps.
  • Implement and uphold learner segmentation, tagging, and competency frameworks to enable personalized experiences and targeted learning campaigns for sellers, managers, and channel partners.

  • Lead incident postmortems and propose remediation plans for recurring issues, while measuring SLA adherence for support requests and platform availability.
