Primary Functions

- Coordinate and deliver technical onboarding and training for admins, managers, and power users on how to use the LMS/LXP effectively to assign and evaluate learning outcomes.
- Ensure seamless single sign-on (SSO) and role-based access control by configuring SAML/SSO, SCIM provisioning, and directory integrations, and by partnering with IT/security for audits and pentests.
- Lead incident postmortems and propose remediation plans for recurring issues, while measuring SLA adherence for support requests and platform availability.
