Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve and exceed established revenue targets and business growth objectives.
  • Conduct continuous, in-depth market research to identify emerging market trends, analyze the competitive landscape, and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting and lead qualification to conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Design, execute, and monitor multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and SEO/SEM, to enhance brand visibility and generate a steady stream of inbound leads.
  • Build and diligently maintain a robust sales pipeline using our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ensuring all prospect and client interactions are meticulously logged.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, key stakeholders, and industry partners to foster loyalty and drive repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling, persuasive sales presentations, custom proposals, and product demonstrations that are tailored to the specific needs and pain points of prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-impact marketing collateral and sales enablement materials, such as case studies, whitepapers, brochures, and blog posts.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance, sales funnels, and customer data to generate actionable insights, measure campaign ROI, and optimize future strategies.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our brand and build a network of potential leads.
  • Actively manage and grow the company's social media presence on key platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter) to engage with our community and support social selling initiatives.
  • Provide regular, detailed reports and forecasts on sales pipeline status, sales activity, and marketing campaign KPIs to senior management.
  • Stay current with the latest industry developments, B2B sales methodologies, and digital marketing best practices to ensure our approach remains innovative and effective.
  • Act as a liaison between the market and internal teams, providing customer feedback and market intelligence to the product development team to inform future enhancements.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing client base to maximize customer lifetime value.
