Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Proactively identify, pursue, and cultivate new business opportunities with general contractors, builders, architects, designers, and discerning homeowners to expand market share.
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with an existing portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, repeat business, and strategic account growth.

- Interpret complex architectural drawings, blueprints, and project specifications to perform highly accurate material takeoffs and generate comprehensive project quotes.

- Serve as the primary technical authority on the company's full range of millwork products, including interior/exterior doors, windows, mouldings, trim, hardware, and custom cabinetry.
- Guide clients through the entire sales cycle, from initial consultation and product selection to final order placement, delivery coordination, and post-sale follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including estimators, project managers, and production staff, to ensure seamless project handoffs, accurate ordering, and on-time delivery.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules with clients to secure profitable sales while operating within established company margin targets.
- Conduct job site visits to take precise field measurements, verify site conditions, consult with installation crews, and proactively troubleshoot potential issues before they arise.
