Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Actively and enthusiastically engage with consumers to create a positive and memorable brand experience at various field marketing events, including trade shows, retail pop-ups, and community festivals.
- Become a subject matter expert on the brand's products, values, and story, and articulate this information in a compelling and relatable way to diverse audiences.
- Execute flawless product demonstrations and sampling programs, guiding consumers through the features and benefits to encourage trial and purchase.

- Manage the end-to-end setup and breakdown of promotional sites, including booths, banners, product displays, and interactive elements, ensuring a professional and inviting presentation at all times.
- Maintain a pristine and well-stocked event footprint, ensuring all promotional materials and products are organized and visually appealing throughout the event.
- Distribute marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, and branded swag to increase brand visibility and recall.
- Assist in driving direct-to-consumer sales at events, processing transactions, and handling customer inquiries about purchasing.
- Create and capture engaging, high-quality content (photos and videos) during events for use on the brand’s social media channels, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Act as the "eyes and ears" on the ground, gathering valuable consumer feedback, insights, and competitive information and reporting it back to the marketing team.
- Complete and submit detailed post-event reports in a timely manner, including key metrics, qualitative feedback, photos, and inventory tracking.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with retail store managers, event organizers, and venue staff to ensure smooth event execution and future opportunities.
- Represent the brand with the utmost professionalism and integrity, maintaining a positive attitude and a polished appearance that aligns with the brand's image.
- Manage and transport event assets, including booth materials, products, and equipment, to and from various locations.
