Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Accurately pick customer orders using paper pick lists or RF handheld scanners, ensuring picking accuracy targets (e.g., >99%) and minimizing mis-picks.

  • Identify and report damaged, defective, or expired product to the supervisor and follow return/segregation procedures to prevent shipping errors.
  • Support returns processing (RMA) by inspecting returned items, restocking sellable inventory, and logging non-conforming goods per company policy.
  • Prepare and print shipping labels, manifests, and paperwork; ensure carrier compliance for freight and parcel shipments.
  • Maintain clean, organized workstations and pick paths to support efficient operations and comply with safety and housekeeping standards.
