Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Proactively and warmly approach shoppers to initiate conversations and introduce them to the featured product and brand story.
- Execute flawless, high-energy product demonstrations that showcase key features, benefits, and unique selling propositions.
- Expertly articulate the brand’s core messaging and value proposition to a diverse range of customers.

- Monitor and manage the inventory of products, samples, and marketing collateral at the event site, reporting any shortages.
- Capture compelling photos and short videos of the in-store activation (in compliance with store policies) for social media and internal reporting.
- Gather and relay valuable customer insights, objections, and frequently asked questions back to the marketing and product development teams.
- Participate actively in pre-event training calls and webinars to absorb product knowledge and campaign strategies.
- Assist in training and mentoring newer team members by sharing best practices and successful engagement techniques.
- Identify and report on competitor activities or promotions observed within the retail environment.

Minimum Education:

Experience Requirements
