Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Proactively engage with customers to create a welcoming and personalized shopping environment, assessing their needs and offering tailored product suggestions.
- Drive sales and achieve personal/store sales goals by utilizing advanced product knowledge and effective selling techniques to upsell and cross-sell.
- Function as a brand expert, passionately communicating product features, benefits, brand history, and current promotions to every customer.
- Build and cultivate lasting customer relationships (clienteling) by capturing contact information and performing personalized outreach for new arrivals and events.
- Masterfully operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to efficiently and accurately process transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Deliver an outstanding fitting room experience by managing occupancy, providing product alternatives, and ensuring a clean and organized space.

- Participate in regular restocking of the sales floor to ensure all sizes, styles, and colors are available and presented according to brand standards.
- Maintain impeccable store cleanliness and organizational standards across the sales floor, stockroom, and fitting rooms.
- Support inventory management processes, including receiving and processing new shipments, conducting cycle counts, and organizing the stockroom.
- Prepare the store for opening and closing procedures, ensuring all operational and visual tasks are completed efficiently.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and management, communicating clearly to support a cohesive and productive work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong focus on loss prevention and asset protection protocols.
