Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

Diligently patrol assigned areas, both on foot and via vehicle, to deter criminal activity, identify safety hazards, and ensure the security of all doors, windows, and gates.
Operate and meticulously monitor closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems and other surveillance equipment to observe and report any suspicious behavior or security breaches.

Enforce all company security policies, safety regulations, and property rules in a firm but courteous manner to maintain order and protect personnel and assets.

Conduct thorough security checks and inspections of buildings, equipment, and access points to ensure they are properly secured and functional, reporting any deficiencies immediately.

Investigate and document initial findings of security breaches, accidents, thefts, and other incidents by interviewing witnesses and gathering preliminary evidence.
Maintain a visible and commanding presence to deter unauthorized or inappropriate actions and to provide a sense of security for all personnel and visitors.
Provide security escorts for employees and visitors to their vehicles or other locations on the premises, particularly during late hours or as requested.
