Primary Functions

Maintain exceptionally detailed and accurate records of all completed work, including vehicle information, device serial numbers, installation photos, and client sign-offs, utilizing a mobile field service application or designated reporting system.
Provide outstanding on-site customer service by clearly communicating the installation process, demonstrating basic system functionality, and professionally addressing any client questions or concerns.
Safely operate and maintain a company-provided service vehicle, ensuring it is consistently clean, organized, and fully stocked with the necessary tools, parts, and device inventory to complete assigned jobs.
Confidently interface with a variety of 12v and 24v vehicle electrical systems, correctly identifying and connecting to constant power, ignition/accessory sources, and secure ground points.
Employ a wide range of hand tools, power tools, and specialized electronic test equipment to perform installations and diagnostics safely and effectively.
Collaborate proactively with the remote technical support and dispatch teams to troubleshoot challenging installations and provide valuable in-field feedback for product and process improvements.
