Primary Functions
- Develop and execute innovative, multi-channel sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates for a diverse range of roles, from technical to corporate functions.
- Proactively identify and engage high-caliber passive candidates through advanced sourcing techniques, including complex Boolean searches, X-ray searching, and deep dives into professional networks like LinkedIn, GitHub, Dribbble, and other niche platforms.
- Craft and deploy compelling, personalized, and persuasive outreach messages that resonate with passive candidates, effectively articulating our company's unique value proposition and culture.
- Build and maintain robust, evergreen talent pipelines for current and future critical roles, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates to meet evolving business demands.
- Act as a strategic partner to Recruiters and Hiring Managers, conducting detailed intake meetings to gain a deep understanding of role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Conduct thorough initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, career aspirations, and alignment with our company values, ensuring a seamless handoff to the recruiting team.
- Meticulously track and manage candidate information, sourcing activities, and pipeline metrics within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM, ensuring high data integrity.
- Analyze and report on sourcing metrics (e.g., source of hire, time-to-fill, pipeline conversion rates) to measure the effectiveness of various strategies and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Become a subject matter expert on the talent market, providing real-time intelligence on industry trends, competitor activity, and compensation benchmarks to inform our recruitment strategy.
- Actively champion diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the sourcing process, employing targeted strategies to attract a broad and diverse pool of talent.
- Develop comprehensive talent maps for key functional areas, identifying top talent and key companies within our industry to enable proactive and strategic recruiting.
- Nurture long-term relationships with prospective candidates, managing talent communities and providing a world-class candidate experience that strengthens our employer brand.
- Represent the company at virtual and in-person recruiting events, career fairs, and industry meetups to network with potential candidates and promote our employer brand.
- Collaborate with the recruitment marketing and employer branding teams to create targeted content and campaigns that attract the specific talent profiles we need.
- Drive the full-funnel sourcing process, from initial identification and outreach to qualification and successful submission to the recruiter, taking ownership of the top of the funnel.
- Manage multiple, complex sourcing assignments simultaneously with a sense of urgency, demonstrating exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
- Continuously research, test, and implement new and creative sourcing tools and techniques to stay at the forefront of the talent acquisition industry.
