Primary Functions

- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for order entry, cash handling, card transactions, and end-of-shift reconciliation, following company policies for payment security and refunds.
- Manage inventory for tea leaves, concentrates, milks (dairy and non-dairy), sweeteners, and consumables: conduct daily/weekly counts, rotate stock (FIFO), place reorders, and report discrepancies to management.
- Perform daily sanitation and cleaning routines for tea equipment (brewers, kettles, whisks, shakers, filters), service counters, utensils, and storage areas to comply with health and safety regulations.
