Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Proactively initiate high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients from targeted lists, databases, and self-generated leads to introduce company offerings.
- Diligently follow up on inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals, ensuring a prompt and professional response.
- Conduct thorough needs-analysis conversations with potential customers to deeply understand their challenges, requirements, and objectives.
- Articulate the value proposition of our products and services in a compelling and persuasive manner, tailored to the specific needs of each prospect.
- Confidently and professionally address customer questions, concerns, and objections, turning potential roadblocks into opportunities for further discussion.
- Execute the full sales cycle over the phone, from initial prospecting and qualification to negotiation, closing the sale, and processing orders.
- Maintain a deep and up-to-date knowledge of the company's entire product and service portfolio, including features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
- Consistently meet and strive to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and other performance-based Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
