Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

Develop, design, and implement comprehensive and compliant Traffic Control Plans (TCPs) using specialized software and deep knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations (e.g., MUTCD).
Direct and oversee all daily traffic control operations, including crew dispatch, equipment allocation, and on-site setup and takedown, ensuring projects are staffed and equipped appropriately.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, and government/municipal agencies (e.g., DOT), fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication on project status and requirements.
