Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Develop, maintain, and meticulously manage detailed project schedules and timelines for all creative and marketing initiatives, from initial briefing to final delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project workflow, routing, and status inquiries, ensuring all stakeholders are consistently informed.
- Receive, evaluate, and prioritize incoming project requests, assessing their scope and requirements to determine feasibility and resource needs.

- Proactively monitor daily and weekly workloads across the creative department to ensure balanced resource allocation and prevent team burnout.
- Lead daily or weekly stand-up meetings to review project status, identify potential roadblocks, and communicate priorities for the day.
- Expertly manage and configure the company's project management system (e.g., Asana, Workamajig, Jira, Monday.com), ensuring all project data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Enforce established workflow processes and deadlines, holding team members accountable for their deliverables and timelines in a diplomatic yet firm manner.
- Identify, flag, and help resolve potential project bottlenecks, capacity issues, or scope creep before they impact deadlines or budgets.
- Facilitate the smooth routing of all creative materials through the review and approval process, from internal reviews to final client sign-off.
- Collaborate closely with account managers and client services teams to understand client needs, manage expectations, and communicate project timelines effectively.
- Generate and distribute regular project status reports to leadership and key stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and resource utilization.
- Conduct thorough quality control checks on projects to ensure they meet the brief's requirements and adhere to brand guidelines before being released.
