Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive compliance training curriculum that aligns with regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and audit expectations; ensure curriculum is role-based, competency-driven, and version-controlled.

- Partner with Legal, Regulatory Affairs, and Risk teams to interpret new or changing laws and regulations, translate requirements into learning objectives, and update training materials in a timely manner.
- Lead periodic compliance training needs assessments and gap analyses to prioritize curriculum updates, remediation plans, and resource allocation based on risk, incident trends, and business changes.
- Coordinate and lead training assignments for high-risk populations, critical-control roles, and third-party contractors to ensure evidence of competency and documented completion per contractual or regulatory terms.
- Monitor training completion, certification renewals, and competency verification using dashboards and reports; proactively manage overdue completions and run targeted remediation campaigns to reduce organizational risk.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing and presenting training metrics, evidence packages, completion reports, and root cause analyses; coordinate remediation activities and track closure of audit findings.
- Establish measurable training KPIs (completion rates, pass rates, time-to-compliance, learner satisfaction, and impact on compliance incidents) and deliver regular analytics and executive summary reports to stakeholders.
- Drive remediation programs for non-compliant employees by coordinating coaching, re-training, exemption approvals, and disciplinary hand-offs, while documenting remediation outcomes and lessons learned.
- Maintain accurate, auditable records of training completions, certifications, and competency assessments consistent with retention schedules, privacy requirements, and internal recordkeeping policies.

Minimum Education:
