Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Deliver dynamic and interactive learning experiences for various audiences, including new hires, existing employees, and leadership, across virtual, in-person, and blended formats.
- Master and facilitate a diverse portfolio of training content, ranging from new-hire onboarding and systems training to soft skills development and leadership workshops.

- Collaborate closely with Instructional Designers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand the intent of training curriculum and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Assess learner comprehension and skill acquisition during and after training sessions using methods like quizzes, practical exercises, and direct observation.
- Provide constructive, actionable feedback and coaching to learners to support their development and ensure the practical application of new skills.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for participants before, during, and after training sessions to address questions and provide support.
