Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

Conduct comprehensive analysis of transit ridership, on-time performance, and operational data to identify trends, diagnose service issues, and recommend data-driven improvements.
Develop, design, and evaluate transit routes, schedules, and service plans to optimize system efficiency, expand coverage, and enhance the overall passenger experience.

Investigate and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and suggestions regarding service quality, routing, and scheduling in a timely and professional manner.
