- Cultivate and maintain robust professional relationships with a global network of suppliers, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators, to secure competitive pricing and exclusive amenities.
- Proactively stay abreast of emerging travel trends, new destination hotspots, hotel openings, airline routes, and evolving international travel regulations to provide cutting-edge advice.
- Negotiate effectively with vendors and suppliers on behalf of clients to obtain optimal rates, added-value benefits (like upgrades or resort credits), and favorable terms.
- Handle all travel modifications, including cancellations, re-bookings, and schedule changes, with efficiency and clear communication to minimize client disruption.
- Prepare and present compelling, professional travel proposals and quotes that clearly outline options, costs, and inclusions, tailored to the client's vision.
- Maintain meticulous and organized records of all client interactions, travel preferences, booking details, and payment histories within a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Create and curate one-of-a-kind travel experiences, such as arranging private guided tours, securing access to exclusive events, or making reservations at highly sought-after restaurants.
- Provide expert, destination-specific guidance on local customs, cultural etiquette, safety precautions, and must-see points of interest to enhance the client's journey.
