Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Manage and analyze the company's daily cash position, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational needs across multiple entities and currencies.
- Prepare and consolidate short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts by collaborating with various business units to understand cash drivers and improve forecast accuracy.
- Execute all daily electronic payments with precision, including domestic and international wires, ACH transactions, and foreign exchange settlements.
- Act as a primary administrator for all corporate bank accounts, managing the opening, closing, and modification of accounts and maintaining authorized signatory lists.
- Diligently monitor and reconcile cash transactions and bank account activities, promptly investigating and resolving any discrepancies to ensure the integrity of financial records.
- Serve as a key point of contact for our banking partners, fostering strong relationships to resolve operational issues and support business needs.
- Conduct detailed analysis of bank fees and account structures, identifying opportunities for cost savings and service enhancements.
- Support the execution of the company's foreign exchange (FX) risk management strategy, including spot trades and hedging transactions.
- Administer and support various treasury instruments, such as letters of credit, bank guarantees, and surety bonds, from application to issuance and reporting.
- Prepare detailed treasury reports for senior management, providing clear insights into liquidity, cash flow trends, and financial risk exposures.
- Ensure strict compliance with all internal treasury policies, procedures, and SOX controls to safeguard company assets and maintain a strong control environment.
- Drive the settlement of intercompany transactions and funding requirements, ensuring efficient capital allocation across the organization.
- Support the management of the company's corporate credit card and purchasing card programs, including monitoring, reporting, and policy compliance.
- Assist in the administration of the company's debt facilities, including interest and principal payments, compliance reporting, and covenant monitoring.
- Play an active role in the implementation and optimization of Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and other financial technologies to enhance efficiency and controls.
Secondary Functions
- Assist with both internal and external audit requests by providing necessary documentation and explanations for treasury-related activities.
- Actively participate in cross-functional projects that have a treasury or cash management component, providing subject matter expertise.
- Proactively identify and recommend process improvements within the treasury function to increase automation, reduce risk, and enhance efficiency.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all treasury processes, ensuring business continuity and consistency.

Required Skills & Competencies
Hard Skills (Technical)
- Cash Management Expertise: Deep understanding of daily cash positioning, liquidity management, and various cash concentration techniques (e.g., pooling, sweeping).
- Payment Systems Proficiency: Hands-on experience with various banking portals and payment networks, including SWIFT, Fedwire, and ACH.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel: Mastery of Excel for data analysis, including complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and the ability to build and maintain financial models for cash forecasting.
- Treasury Management Systems (TMS): Experience working with a TMS (like Kyriba, SAP S/4HANA Cash Management, or FIS Integrity) for transaction execution and reporting.
- Financial & Accounting Acumen: Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and how treasury transactions impact the financial statements.
- Foreign Exchange (FX) Knowledge: Familiarity with foreign exchange markets, including spot transactions and the basics of hedging instruments.
