Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Support senior Treasury Sales Officers in all aspects of managing and growing a portfolio of corporate and commercial clients by actively participating in the end-to-end sales process.
  • Prepare comprehensive and customized client proposals, formal presentations, and detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) responses for a full suite of treasury management solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis of client operations, including account analysis reviews, pro-forma pricing models, and cash flow modeling to identify client needs and demonstrate tangible value.
  • Act as a key point of contact for client inquiries, providing exceptional service and timely resolution for complex issues related to treasury products, billing, and daily operations.
  • Proactively identify and qualify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the existing client base by developing a deep understanding of their evolving business needs and industry trends.
  • Coordinate and project-manage the complete client implementation and onboarding process, serving as the central liaison between the client, sales, operations, product, and technology teams.
  • Manage and diligently maintain the sales pipeline, ensuring all client activities, deal progression, and communication are accurately tracked in CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of the bank's treasury management products and services, including payables, receivables, liquidity management, fraud prevention, and information reporting.
  • Assist in creating sophisticated and competitive pricing strategies and models that align with client objectives while meeting the bank's profitability and risk management targets.
  • Partner closely with Relationship Managers, Credit Analysts, and other banking partners to develop and execute integrated client relationship strategies and joint calling efforts.
  • Prepare, review, and finalize all client-facing documentation, including service agreements, implementation forms, and legal contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and professional presentation.
  • Facilitate client training sessions and product demonstrations, both remotely and in-person, to ensure successful product adoption and client self-sufficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze client portfolio data to track revenue growth, product penetration, relationship profitability, and overall client satisfaction and health.
  • Ensure all sales and client activities strictly adhere to internal policies, regulatory requirements (e.g., KYC, AML), and enterprise-wide risk management protocols.
  • Actively participate in client meetings, conference calls, and business reviews alongside senior TSOs to gain direct client-facing experience and contribute to strategic sales discussions.

Secondary Functions

  • Support ad-hoc data requests and perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and opportunities within the client portfolio.
  • Contribute to the organization's go-to-market strategy by providing feedback from the field on product gaps, competitive pressures, and client needs.
  • Collaborate with business units to translate complex client needs and treasury requirements into actionable insights for product development and service enhancement.
  • Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies for technology or product enhancement projects that impact the treasury sales function.
  • Assist in the creation of targeted marketing materials, industry-specific case studies, and sales collateral to support business development efforts.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging FinTech solutions, and regulatory changes impacting the corporate treasury landscape to serve as a knowledgeable resource for clients and internal partners.
  • Manage the post-sale follow-up process to guarantee client satisfaction, confirm successful product implementation, and ensure a smooth transition to ongoing service and support teams.

Required Skills & Competencies

Hard Skills (Technical)

  • Treasury & Cash Management Expertise: Deep knowledge of treasury products including ACH, wire transfers, lockbox services, remote deposit capture, liquidity solutions, and commercial card products.
  • Financial Analysis & Modeling: Strong ability to perform pro-forma pricing, account analysis, and ROI calculations to build a compelling business case for clients.
  • CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, DealCloud) for managing sales pipelines, tracking activities, and reporting.

Educational Background

Minimum Education:

Experience Requirements
