Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Lead, hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing UI team (UI designers, visual designers, UI engineers) while crafting individual development plans, conducting regular 1:1s, and promoting career growth and retention.
- Define and own the organization’s visual design strategy and UI roadmap, aligning design priorities with product goals, business KPIs, and technical constraints.

Educational Background
Minimum Education:
