Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records for all uniform and PPE stock using the company’s inventory management system, including serial numbers, sizes, issue dates, and return dates to ensure traceability and minimize shrinkage.

- Troubleshoot and resolve employee issues related to sizing, fit, missing items, and quality complaints with empathy and follow-through, escalating complex issues to supervisors or HR as necessary.
