Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Lead client discovery sessions and strategic workshops to identify business objectives, constraints, KPIs, and opportunity areas; synthesize findings into a clear problem statement and prioritized roadmap.
- Conduct end-to-end business case development including market research, financial modeling, sensitivity analysis, and ROI projections to justify recommended initiatives and secure stakeholder buy-in.

- Implement process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) to reduce waste, improve cycle times, and increase throughput in target operations.
- Design KPI frameworks and performance dashboards that provide executives with real-time visibility into program health, adoption, and business benefits.
- Oversee pilots and phased rollouts for new products, processes, or platforms, capturing lessons learned and scaling successful approaches enterprise-wide.
- Conduct risk and compliance assessments related to regulatory, data privacy (GDPR, CCPA), and security requirements; incorporate mitigation strategies into project planning.
- Lead change management activities including stakeholder mapping, communications planning, training programs, and adoption measurement to ensure sustained behavior change.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contributing to sales cycles, and supporting pricing and commercial negotiations.

- Negotiate scope, timelines, and fees for engagements; draft statements of work (SOWs) and ensure contractual deliverables are met and invoiced appropriately.
- Establish program governance forums (steering committees, working groups) and provide clear, data-backed status updates to executive sponsors.
