Primary Functions

  • Train and mentor junior technicians and operators on maintenance procedures, pre-flight checklists, battery handling, safe repair practices, and documentation expectations to raise team capability and standardize processes across sites.
  • Participate in root-cause investigations for in-service failures and mishaps, gather evidence from wreckage or data logs, support incident reports, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence and improve fleet reliability.
  • Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to order parts, track consumables, receive shipments, inspect incoming hardware, and handle returns/RMA processes to maintain a healthy spare parts inventory and reduce downtime.
