Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Monitor and fuse multi-source data streams — CCTV/ANPR feeds, social media, sensor networks, 911 call data, and commercial geolocation datasets — to identify emerging threats, anomalous activity, and cascading failure risks in urban centers.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI-driven reporting systems using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) to track incident trends, response performance, hotspot emergence, and resource allocation effectiveness.
  • Conduct vulnerability and consequence analyses for critical assets (transport hubs, utilities, public events) and produce prioritized remediation recommendations that balance cost, disruption, and risk reduction.
  • Draft policy briefs, standard operating procedures, and procurement specifications for security systems (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection) and ensure alignment with privacy, civil liberties, and regulatory requirements.

Educational Background

Minimum Education:
