Primary Functions

- Manage transportation planning projects from conception through implementation, including defining project scope, establishing budgets and timelines, and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, planners, and environmental scientists.

- Evaluate the operational performance of existing transportation systems and infrastructure, identifying deficiencies and recommending cost-effective operational improvements or capital investments.
- Collaborate closely with urban planners, architects, and private developers to ensure transportation and mobility considerations are seamlessly integrated into the land use and site design process.
